What happens when the Icelandic band Árstíðir sings a 13th century Icelandic hymn called “Heyr himna smiður” in a train station in Wuppertal, Germany? Awesome happens. Like a slow Gregorian chant in a wonderful sound chamber. Really beautiful stuff.
