If you haven’t, find the video of Jack Black for Red Nose benefit and watch it.
(I don’t want ugly YouTube comments on my feed tonight, I can’t even even with that tonight.)
Made me grateful and horrified, and anything I could have or do have going on in my life teeny by comparison. I cannot imagine my son living this way.
What an amazing young person, one of many he spends the day with. He’s 12, and like the millions of “street kids” like him, he sleeps on the street, in filth, and has no one.
He just wants an education, and at the end of the video, he says he wants to go home with Jack.
By comparison, we are affluent.
This will be part of school tomorrow for sharkling.
