I enjoy experiments/hacks I can do on mahself that have immediate feed back…

Doing 10-20 quick, good squats, can be done when anywhere, amps your metabolism, promotes happy “get-er-done” hormones…

It also resets your brain.

And what’s cool, is you can feel it working.

I like that.
