If you are a caregiver of others, many others, sick or hurting people, kids, spouses….stop for a moment.
Arrange somehow a bit of time for yourself.
Do what makes you calm, happy, invigorated, chill. ……
Whatever IT is, do it like you’d do it for someone you like and love.
Treat yourself like you’d treat a best friend.
You take better care of others when you are taking care of yourself.
Even if it’s a few chapters of a good book, a cold beer, a moment to sit still.
Be like the cat, for a bit.
It’s GOOD.
