Soule, a stray kitten from North Carolina stopped by with her new dad to spend the night. I knew once she got to her forever home I will not see her unless I made a visit to Boston. I spent most of the evening and next morning trying to gain her trust which is quit difficult when all she wanted to do was play but not be touched. She loves hiding under furniture waiting for you to pass by for her to attack and retreat. The perfect opportunity came when I saw her sleeping by the window. I took this opportunity to massage her which she enjoyed until she opened her eyes, she enjoyed it for another 5 minutes then resorted to play mood. That’s when she noticed movement on the other side of the window. This was the opportunity to capture her while she’s comfortable enough and focusing her interest.
