It really is a powerful exercise.

I’m grateful for kids helping with kittens, my a/c because it’s hot AF, running clean water, and this here fud I’m about to gnosh.

It’s not saying : don’t be angry about bad shit, or let people walk on you, or that your fears aren’t justified…

It’s just saying find a few things that you are grateful for.
