It’s ok to say no.
To drama, IRL or online.
It’s ok to not feel like you have to spend many hours sorting thru other people’s shitstorm to figure out what they are saying or hinting at.
It’s ok not to involve yourself in every circus.
It’s ok to not give money, time, effort, attention to needy hostile people who never pitch in for anyone else.
It’s ok to say no to invitations to events where there might be a hostile environment.
It’s ok to keep your money for your own bills and expenses and not repeatedly bail others out.
It’s ok and even healthy to take some time off to do:
