The demon on the chest thing in sleep paralysis is in every culture going back as far as written language and /or story telling.

I think it’s weird how reports always seem to include this dark thing or shadow men that come.

Brains are weird.

Sleep paralysis sucks….

If you see this sitting on yer chest and you swear you are awake but ya can’t move, you might be experiencing sleep paralysis….

It pretty much sucks…do not recommend.
