I’ve always used hot bath or shower as relief for migraines.
I’ve always used hot bath or shower as relief for migraines.
Take Excedrin migraine, slam some caffeine (one cuppa usually does it) and jump in tub or shower for water as hot as I can take it….drink lots of cool water.
It’s the only really reliable relief I get other than going to ER and getting knocked out.
