Been wanting to try this for a long while.
I made three different sugars to go on top of shortbread ***shark bread cookies.
Starting from left :
1.) Violet candy sugar
2.) Culinary lavender sugar
3.) Lemon peel sugar
Each scented thing was mashed into sugar, and then sprinkled on shortbread cookies prior to baking.
These all turned out delishuuus, very lightly flavored but still fragrant and tasty…buttery and YUMMMMM.
Great with a cup of Earl Grey.
Two fins way up for these flavored sugars.
