I have many sammiches but, their death requires: Grilled buttered sourdough bread crusted with freshly grated Parmesan, fat stack of black forest ham, pepperoni, swiss and provolone, little melted gouda on there too……real mayo mixed with a tiny bit of capers, freshly ground pepper served with some onion rings and an Arrogant Bastard Ale.
