TL; DR… SHARK UNSOLICITED ADVICE

Failing can feel sucky.

But I’m o.k. with failing, it usually means you are trying/working…failure is alright….

AS LONG AS YOU GET BACK UP.

Get back up. Try something different.

Get new allies, think differently about situation.

Not a huge fan of throwing up your fins, saying “it’s fucked!” and swimming away whining about how it was : too hard, too scary, too wutever.

Huge NOT fan of: blaming others for your failure.

Keep your stuff on your own plate.

And know others responsible for theirs.

Put your head up, square them shoulders, switch it up, and get back in the ring.

And if it is truly time to swim away, swim away knowing you gave it the best you had.
